Aoife received her first Reiki treatment when she was in her late teens. Having been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when she was just 19, she chose to approach her journey with a combination of alternative therapies and mainstream medicine. Over the years that followed she experienced various modalities of healing and did her Reiki Level 1 in 2004. Qualifying as a Yoga Instructor in 2009, she has continued developing and deepening her knowledge of all facets of the systems of the body and how we heal from the inside out. She is a healer, a guide and an intuitive with a visionary approach encouraging clients to reconnect with themselves and the natural world around them as a way of receiving all the beauty on offer.
She is a Shamanic Practitioner, a Golden Tera-Mai Reiki & Akasha Seichim Master, Women's Circle Facilitator, Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapist and a Senior Yoga Instructor & Mentor.
Holding a safe space is key to the healing Aoife offers and her sessions are all-encompassing exploring all aspects of the self. She provides clients, where appropriate, with the tools to be able to walk through life with grace and an understanding that we all have the power within to heal and be more compassionate and sovereign on our paths.

Prior to launching her own business in 2015, Aoife worked in PR and Communications with agencies in Ireland, Australia and the UK. She has a wealth of experience in leading transformational and visioning workshops and yoga within corporates.
An avid writer, she has contributed to blogs including A Lust for Life and Rebelle Society. Most recently she was interviewed by Claire McKenna of Alive & Kicking on Newstalk.
