These are individual sessions using a combination of bodywork, energy healing, shamanic practices and sound with a card readings and tuning in to what is asking to be acknowledged.
Each session is a gift of space to you. I provide the space for you to listen to the quiet voice within using shamanic journeying, life coaching, cranio sacral therapy, reiki, vocal sound healing and the creation template healing modalities. They can be from 90 minutes to 2hrs in length.
I recommend three sessions in a row to move through what is coming up for you and there are supporting materials for this depending on what you need post the sessions.
